Media Coordinator
The Media Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of Novibet Brazil’s media strategy across traditional (ATL) and off-media channels.
- Support execution of monthly and quarterly ATL media plans (TV, CTV, OOH, radio) within approved budgets, KPIs, and timelines
- Coordinate campaign setups, timelines, materials, and deliveries with media agencies and partners
- Track campaign delivery, pacing, and performance across channels
- Consolidate media results, reports, and post-campaign analyses
- Support tactical optimizations and performance-based discussions with agencies
- Act as day-to-day contact for agencies, collecting proposals and coordinating approvals and trafficking
- Collaborate with Marketing Media & Comms Manager and Global HQ to ensure alignment, reporting, and stakeholder readiness
- At least 2 years of experience in media coordination, media planning, or media operations. (required)
- Solid understanding of traditional media (especially TV) and off-media initiatives. (required)
- Experience working with media agencies (required)
- Strong organizational and project management skills. (required)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret media KPIs and reports. (required)
- Advanced English (spoken and written) - mandatory for daily interaction with Global HQ. (required)
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides). (required)
