Product Analyst

Description

You are part of the Product Analytics department, within the wider Product Team, and actively enable data-driven decisions across all product verticals, including Account, Payments, Sportsbook, Casino, and Growth. You analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for improvement. You act as a trusted partner to Product, creating a continuous feedback loop that replaces opinion-driven discussions with evidence-based product iteration. You partner with User Research to combine quantitative with qualitative insights, deepening understanding of user behavior and decision-making. You collaborate with BI, Data, Digital, and Tech teams to ensure trusted data foundations, aligned metrics, and scalable dashboards, while partnering with Commercial and CRM teams to turn product insights into revenue impact.
