Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer with a deep understanding of user-centered design and a track record of delivering high-impact digital experiences. In this role, you’ll take full ownership in crafting intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions that drive business success. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence strategy, advocate for the user, and bring innovative ideas to life. - Lead the design lifecycle for product features, from initial discovery and user journey mapping to final specification and quality assurance in production.
- Partner effectively with Product Managers and Engineering Leads.
- Challenge briefs when they lack clarity and negotiate scope based on UX quality.
- Contribute to the UXC library by identifying component gaps and proposing scalable solutions.
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test complex logic and communicate motion/transitions to developers.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced product environment (ideally in Fintech or Gaming). (required)
- Advanced mastery of Figma, including variables, components, and advanced prototyping. (required)
- Understanding and integration of WCAG accessibility standards into your designs. (required)
- Good storytelling and presentation skills. (required)
- Portfolio showcasing good design thinking mindset and high fidelity mockups is mandatory. (required)
- Great understanding and impact of user research and research practices (ability to plan and conduct research is a big plus). (preferred)
