What you will work on Manage and coordinate an international product development team Act as the interface between the business and the development team Ensure that the development teams are always fully aligned with the strategy of the company and the product vision Contribute to the creation of the roadmap Manage the team’s backlog Gather requirements and conduct analysis for business/product requests Negotiate with the stakeholders and the development team to make trade-offs between project scope and delivery time Follow a lean approach for the requirements analysis: create crisp product requirement documents (PRDs), share them early with the team to get feedback and collaborate on the analysis and scope definition Breakdown requests to smaller chunks of work (epics, stories) and communicate them with the development team Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria and work with the development team to estimate them Follow the pareto principle: deliver 80% of the solution in 20% of the time Ensure that the team moves fast through all the phases of product development Lead the development team’s capacity calculation and planning Oversee the development cycle and communicate progress to stakeholders Facilitate the team meetings when needed Remove any impediments for the team Ensure the quality of the delivered features

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • BSc/MSc degree in relevant Information Technology subject (required)
  • At least 3 years of experience as product owner, product manager or project manager, preferably in game tech (required)
  • Experience running medium to large/complex projects with multiple dependencies using Agile (Scrum) processes in planning, implementation and support of business application components, including change & release management (required)
  • PMP or Prince II or Scrum certification is desirable (preferred)
  • Team management experience is desirable (preferred)
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies and User Experience (UX) best practices (required)
  • Sufficient level of technical background in software development will be considered as a plus (nice-to-have)
  • Gaming market knowledge will be considered as a plus (nice-to-have)
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with stakeholders and leadership, that allow to understand product strategy and anticipate needs (required)
  • Time management skills (required)
  • English language (both verbal and written) (required)
