Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Novibet, you will be responsible for managing and effectively coordinating all facets of global expansion and cross-functional projects, utilizing Novibet’s tools, frameworks, and methodologies. The role also includes designing and implementing processes across multiple departments, as well as overseeing the operations of assigned live countries.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the flawless execution of projects
- Define project scope, specifications, and business requirements in collaboration with all relevant departments, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control and verification techniques
- Measure and monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and methodologies
- Perform proactive risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Report project status, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of comprehensive project documentation
- Supervise operational activities for assigned initiatives or live countries, identify critical tasks, and coordinate involved teams as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration or related fields (required)
- 2+ years proven working experience as a project manager (required)
- Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (required)
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (required)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance conflicting demands (required)
- Excellent collaboration skills across different teams and departments (required)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, MS project) (required)
- PMP/Prince II certification (nice-to-have)
