Account Manager
PIN-UP is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This role involves managing the full cycle of interaction with game providers, monitoring operations, and participating in negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online casino operations and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Managing the full cycle of interaction with game providers (acting as the main point of contact and communication).
- Monitoring incidents and responding immediately to any changes in the provider’s operations.
- Participating in negotiations on cooperation terms, bonus budgets, exclusive offers, and branding opportunities.
- Launching and coordinating joint marketing activities (tournaments, free spin campaigns, new game releases, etc.).
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (GGR, bets, players, profitability, and other metrics).
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of contracts and documentation (terms, agreements, commitments).
- Building and developing trusted relationships with provider-side contact persons.
- Collaborating with internal teams: marketing, product, retention, tech support, BI/analytics.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Account Manager in iGaming on the side of a game provider or operator.
- Experience working with service providers or B2B partners (game providers).
- Understanding of the structure and logic of online casino operations (game content, game mechanics, bonus mechanics, licenses, restrictions, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in professional business correspondence.
- Ability to manage partner relationships and secure improved cooperation terms (discounts, exclusive deals, branding, tournaments).
- Ability to analyze provider KPIs (GGR, Turnover, Margin, and other metrics) and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience launching and coordinating joint marketing activities (promotions, tournaments, free spins, branding, etc.).
- Proactive approach and ability to build processes independently.
- High level of communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
