Account Manager

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients (primarily via chats and messengers).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and scale accounts (budgets, geos, channels).
- Drive upsells and expand cooperation (new services, models, volumes).
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with traffic specialists to improve traffic quality and results.
- Align client expectations with internal capabilities.
- Track account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Work closely with sales team on smooth handover and account transition.
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Sales (preferably in iGaming, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing) (required)
- Understanding of performance marketing (CPA, RevShare, funnels, KPIs, ROI, LTV) (required)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English) (required)
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously (required)
- Experience working with CRM and reporting tools (required)
- Commercial mindset with focus on growth and retention (required)
- Experience working with iGaming brands or operators (preferred)
- Experience in scaling paid traffic or affiliate campaigns (preferred)
- Understanding of media buying processes (preferred)
- Participation in industry events and conferences (nice-to-have)
- Strong relationship-building and trust management skills (required)
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset (required)
- Ability to handle complex and non-standard situations (required)
- High level of ownership and responsibility (required)
