Account Manager
The Account Manager role involves managing day-to-day client communications and building strong, long-term relationships. The successful candidate will focus on identifying growth opportunities and scaling accounts (budgets, geos, channels), as well as driving upsells and expanding cooperation. This position requires monitoring campaign performance, proactively suggesting improvements, and coordinating with traffic specialists to enhance traffic quality and results. It also involves aligning client expectations with internal capabilities and tracking account performance to provide regular updates. The role requires working closely with the sales team on smooth handover and account transition.
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients (primarily via chats and messengers).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and scale accounts (budgets, geos, channels).
- Drive upsells and expand cooperation (new services, models, volumes).
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with traffic specialists to improve traffic quality and results.
- Align client expectations with internal capabilities.
- Track account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Work closely with sales team on smooth handover and account transition.
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Sales (preferably in iGaming, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing) (required)
- Understanding of performance marketing (CPA, RevShare, funnels, KPIs, ROI, LTV) (required)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English) (required)
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously (required)
- Experience working with CRM and reporting tools (required)
- Commercial mindset with focus on growth and retention (required)
