Affiliate Manager
Description
This role is for an Affiliate Manager with a focus on the iGaming industry. The position requires a proven track record in affiliate marketing and the ability to scale affiliate partnerships. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing key partner relationships, attracting new strategic traffic sources, and analysing traffic performance to scale profitable partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing key and highly profitable partners
- Attracting strong partners and strategic traffic sources
- Complex negotiations and customized partnership terms
- In-depth traffic performance analysis and scaling profitable partnerships
- Advanced work with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models
- Expert anti-fraud control and non-standard traffic management
- Launching and developing new GEOs and acquisition channels
- Working with large media buying teams and complex cases
- Support for middle/junior managers on complex issues, upon request from the Team Lead
Requirements
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing in iGaming, with proven experience scaling affiliates (required)
- Deep understanding of key metrics (FD/RD/R2D/LTV/Churn) (required)
- Deep knowledge of Tableau analytical tools, affiliate platforms, and predictive modeling (optional)
- Experience independently presenting affiliate programs at conferences; understanding of regulatory requirements in key GEOs (required)
- Personal successful cases in which the candidate played a key role (required)
- Own Tier 2-3 affiliate base (required)
- English B2 (required)
