AI Product Manager
We are looking for a Lead AI Product Manager to join our team and take full ownership of a product area. This role involves defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle from discovery to scaling, and leading a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives. You will work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful delivery and growth of our products. What you will not do: You will not be expected to build the product alone; we already have a strong technical and project team to support delivery; your role is to lead product direction, align the team around goals, make product decisions, and ensure the product moves from idea to successful launch and growth.
- Lead the product team by managing and supporting at least 2 Product Owners with prioritisation, product thinking, execution quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Own one product end-to-end by defining goals, aligning them with business objectives, and achieving them with the team.
- Define product strategy, including market positioning, roadmap direction, growth opportunities, and long-term product vision.
- Launch the product by leading it from idea and discovery through MVP, pilot clients, launch, and further scaling.
- Drive execution with the team by participating in Scrum events, planning, refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product delivery discussions.
- Work with stakeholders across business, tech, project, design, analytics, sales, and marketing teams to align product direction and remove blockers.
- Set and track product goals by defining success metrics, tracking progress, analysing results, and adjusting priorities based on data, client feedback, and business impact.
- B2B SaaS product experience (required).
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products, preferably with complex workflows, integrations, analytics, and enterprise/client-facing functionality (required).
- 0-to-1 product launch experience (required).
- Proven experience launching products from scratch, including discovery, market validation, MVP definition, and scaling (required).
- Experience leading a product team or cross-functional team of at least 2+ people (required).
- Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including player lifecycle, retention, CRM, bonuses/offers, segmentation, compliance, and operational workflows (required).
- Hands-on experience with voice-based products, voice generation, conversational AI, call automation, or voice communication products (required).
- Experience with growth-focused product work, including activation, retention, conversion, monetisation, funnel optimisation, experimentation, and data-driven product improvements (required).
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, retention platforms, sales automation, or customer engagement tools (required).
- Ability to define product metrics, run A/B tests, analyse funnels, and make data-driven decisions (required).
- AI product experience (required).
- Experience working with AI products, LLMs, AI agents, personalisation, predictive models, or automation tools (preferred).
