Country Manager (Canada)
The Country Manager will be responsible for project development in Canada and driving growth of the active audience by attracting new traffic, retaining active audience, and reducing player churn. This role involves monitoring financial metrics, assisting the PSP department with payment providers, and developing/implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies. The Country Manager will also be involved in creating welcome packs, monitoring bonus costs, interacting with local partners, and analyzing business processes to achieve goals. Daily analysis of product metrics and interaction with analytics, marketing, retention, and traffic teams are key. Additionally, the role includes forming the game hall based on regional player preferences and monitoring the political, social, and financial regulatory landscape in the region.

- Growth of active audience (attracting new traffic, retaining active audience, reducing player churn)
- Monitoring financial metrics (GGR, NGR, Turnover, Bonus Cost, etc.)
- Assisting the PSP department with finding and integrating popular, new, or alternative payment providers or methods
- Developing and implementing a strategy to attract and retain customers (forming plans and hypotheses for retention or growth of other metrics (total deposits, GGR, active days, etc.), major events, interaction with partners
- Participating in the creation of a welcome pack to influence retention metrics.
- Monitoring bonus cost.
- Interaction with local partners and contractors.
- Monitoring social networks and reviews of the project on specialized platforms
- Analysis and optimization of business processes to achieve set goals
- Daily analysis of product metrics:Interaction with analytics, marketing, retention, and traffic teams.
- Formation of a game hall in accordance with the preferences of players in a given region (issuing free spins and other bonuses in popular slots or providers).
- Monitoring of the political and social situation in the region, as well as financial and regulatory authorities.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Successful experience in launching and developing products in the region, understanding of the country's characteristics and how to operate in it
- Experience in scaling or working on a large project in Canada
- Knowledge of traffic acquisition channels (traffic types, cost, approximate payback periods, launch complexities and risks, player retention specifics)
- Ability to set up key communication channels for customer interaction and understand their effectiveness across different segments
- Knowledge of the necessary payment solutions, their popularity in GEO and demand among certain player segments
- Ability to analyze competitors offers and identify unique selling points compared to them
- Experience in combating fraud and bonus hunters
- Experience in team management and interaction with other departments (proper communication with teams, ability to explain and defend your point of view, planning and proper control of processes)
- Experience working with influencers and sponsorship contracts
- Experience launching offline media campaigns for online casinos
- Understanding of GEO licensing specifics and experience working with different licenses
- Knowledge of the main laws governing i-gaming in the region
