Event Manager
This role is for an Event Manager responsible for leading international exhibition projects. The Event Manager will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals. This includes managing exhibition stand development, production, logistics, and operational execution. The role requires coordination of cross-functional teams, vendors, and production partners to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. The Event Manager will also oversee budgets, timelines, project documentation, and operational planning, as well as supervise on-site activities and organize side events and brand activations. The position emphasizes maintaining high execution standards, optimizing workflows, and proactively solving operational challenges.
- Lead international exhibition projects through event lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
- Manage exhibition stand development, production, logistics, and operational execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and production partners to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, project documentation, and operational planning.
- Supervise on-site activities, including build-up, branding, technical setup, and real-time issue resolution.
- Organize side events, networking meetups, and brand activations alongside exhibitions.
- Maintain high execution standards, optimize workflows, and proactively solve operational challenges.
- Be ready to travel internationally for exhibitions, on-site management, and event operations.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in exhibition and event management, preferably within large-scale international projects.
- Strong background in coordinating exhibition stand development, including design processes, production, and on-site execution.
- Experience in managing large-scale budgets, budget forecasting, cost optimization, and contractor/vendor coordination.
- Ability to interpret and work with technical documentation, floor plans, layouts, construction drawings, and production requirements.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
- Ukrainian/Russian: native or fluent proficiency.
- Understanding of exhibition build-up and on-site operations.
- Experience with key industry events (ICE, iGB, SiGMA, Affiliate World).
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and iGaming industry.
- High level of ownership, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and solution-oriented attitude.
- Knowing of Asana, Jira, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Miro, PowerPoint, Canva.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design programs will be a plus.
