- Financial planning and budgeting.
- Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Collaborating with the accounting, finance, and other departments on payroll, accrual, and payment-related matters.
- Reviewing the accuracy of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Providing financial guidance to employees and management regarding expenses, compensation, and related financial matters.
- Preparing regular reports, analytical summaries, and financial documentation.
- Using 1C ERP for payroll processing and payroll administration.
- Utilizing Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query) and other financial and analytical tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Working with corporate systems and tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, Jira, Odoo, and other ERP/CRM platforms.
- Participating in projects aimed at optimizing payroll processes and automating HR and financial operations.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of employees’ personal data and financial information.
- Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, compensation, and benefits (required).
- Knowledge of HR processes (required).
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (1C ERP) (required).
- Strong data analysis and database management skills (required).
- Experience working with large volumes of information (required).
- Proficient in task management tools (Jira, CRM systems) (required).
- Experience in process automation (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (required).
- Proficient in English (B2 level and above) (required).
