Description

Head of Sales (CBDO) at FinT is executive responsible for driving company growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies.
  • Building high-level relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, account management and support
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Strategy required; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or sales leadership, with at least 2 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving significant company revenue growth, market penetration, or building strategic partnerships.
  • FinTech Industry expertise and strong personal network
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define market opportunities and create long-term growth plans.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional negotiation, team management, and presentation skills for board-level reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights
