Requirements

  • Experience in launching or managing internal communication processes (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (required)
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze communication results (required)
  • Adherence to confidentiality principles (required)
  • Experience in FinTech / IT / digital companies (preferred)
  • Experience in launching internal communications from scratch (preferred)
  • Basic skills in visual content tools (Figma, Canva, etc.) (preferred)
  • Experience working with corporate platforms and internal portals (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership (required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills (required)
  • Attention to detail (required)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset (required)
