- Collaboration with marketing, SMM, digital, production, events, and the merch department
- Primary focus: collaboration with design, events, and merch
- Participation in cross-functional brainstorming sessions (stand concepts, merch concepts, creative development for video production)
- Participation in developing creative concepts for special projects and PR campaigns
- Participation in developing campaigns for influencers and YouTube channels
- Generating creative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Participation in developing creative concepts (360)
- Proposing and defending creative solutions aimed at increasing key metrics (CTR, ER, etc.)
- Searching for and adapting trends and references to brand guidelines
- Responsibility for the visual and creative content of the brand across all channels
- Formulating and setting design objectives (static, motion, special projects)
- Preparing briefs (goals, target audience, messages, formats, references) in collaboration with the project's Marketing Manager
- Preparing technical specifications for the design, production, event, and merch teams
- Monitoring the deadlines and quality of creative tasks
- Participating in developing merch ideas (clothing, accessories, event materials)
- Searching for visual solutions and trends for merch
- Communication with the merch department + overseeing the creative side of merch production
- Monitoring merch compliance with brand style and objectives
- Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns, drops, and past events
- Drawing conclusions and recommendations
- Optimizing creative solutions and special projects based on data and retrospective analysis
- 2+ years as a creative marketer/creative producer/senior SMM/Marketing manager/creative strategist
- Experience with 360 campaigns (digital + social media + influencer + offline/events/merch)
- Experience in product or performance-oriented teams
- Ability to generate ideas for specific tasks
- Experience developing creative concepts for a wide range of tasks, special projects, influencer integrations, PR campaigns
- Well-versed in: understanding trends in social media, YouTube, merch, and events
- Ability to find and adapt refs to the brand
- Experience setting tasks for: design (static / motion) video production events/special projects
- Ability to write clear briefs and specifications
- Understanding of the VP and merch production pipeline (deadlines, stages, limitations)
- Understanding how creative influences: CTR ER retention/engagement
- Ability to interpret campaign results and draw conclusions
- Basic understanding of performance marketing
- Merchant and offline Experience or understanding of merch/brand material development
- Sense of trends in visuals, fashion/pop culture
- Conceptual thinking
- Ability to generate and defend creative ideas with arguments
- Systematic approach to creativity, task setting, and cross-team work
- Strong focus on cross-team communication
- Ability to accept and maintain responsibility for one's part of the project
