Media Buyer
Description
The Media Buyer role is for individuals experienced in working with influencer traffic across various platforms like Instagram, X, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. The role involves analyzing and selecting bloggers, negotiating cooperation terms, developing and implementing media plans, monitoring campaign execution, evaluating effectiveness, and optimizing costs. A key aspect is staying updated on trends and innovations in blogger marketing and social networks, and developing new creative and technical hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and selection of bloggers on YouTube and Instagram platforms that meet the goals and objectives of the campaigns.
- Negotiating with bloggers and their representatives on cooperation, terms of placement and payment.
- Development and implementation of media plans for advertising placement with bloggers.
- Monitoring the implementation of advertising campaigns: tracking deadlines, content quality and compliance with specified parameters.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: collecting and analyzing statistical data, preparing reports.
- Optimization of costs and testing strategies to achieve the best results with minimal costs.
- Constant monitoring of trends and innovations in the field of blogger marketing and social networks.
- Development and testing of new creative and technical hypotheses
Requirements
- Experience working with influencer traffic as a media buyer/influencer manager in Instagram, X, Discord YouTube, Twitch and Kick channels in the verticals Igaming, Dating, Betting, Nutra and other verticals for at least 2 years.
- Successful positive cases in the specified formats positive ROI on volumes from $1,000 daily turnover.
- Fluent Ukrainian/Russian, English level B1 or higher.
