Description

Launch and manage white-hat performance campaigns for beauty, aesthetic services and retail products and client-side digital products (B2B & B2C). Work with paid traffic channels: Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok and other relevant sources. Drive customer acquisition for beauty clinics, aesthetic procedures, skincare, cosmetics and retail offers, marketing agency and others. Build campaign structure: audiences, creatives, placements, budgets and bidding strategies. Optimize campaigns by CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CR, CPC and CPM. Test creatives, offers, landing pages, lead forms, audiences and funnels. Work with both lead generation and e-commerce performance campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear reports with insights and next steps. Manage tracking setup: pixels, events, UTMs, conversions, GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, sales and product teams to improve campaign results. Monitor competitors, market trends and new acquisition opportunities in beauty and retail. Scale successful campaigns while keeping performance targets under control.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Practical experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid traffic sources is a plus.
  • Experience with beauty, aesthetic services, clinics, cosmetics, skincare or retail is preferred.
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and e-commerce customer acquisition.
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking and UTM tags.
  • Basic understanding of creatives, landing pages, offers and A/B testing.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns toward business KPIs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple campaigns at once.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
