Description

The Media Buyer role involves managing and optimising paid acquisition campaigns across multiple core channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, conversion tracking, and the continuous testing of hypotheses to improve performance metrics. This position requires a data-driven approach to engaging decision-makers within the B2B SaaS sector and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Telegram Ads, while sourcing and testing new platforms as needed.
  • Manage budgets across all acquisition channels.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking and pixels/tags (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager).
  • A/B test hypotheses regarding audiences and ad formats within ad managers.
  • Identify and secure placements in niche communities (sourcing channels, negotiating with admins, media planning).
  • Write clear creative briefs (TG/specs) for designers and copywriters tailored to each platform’s formats.
  • Formulate and test hypotheses for landing pages and lead capture forms in collaboration with the web and design teams.
  • Maintain regular reporting on CPL and lead-to-MQL/SQL conversion rates, segmented by product.
  • Own UTM tagging and sync with the sales team to monitor and ensure lead quality.
  • Stay on top of policy changes and algorithm updates across ad platforms, adapting campaigns accordingly.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in performance/paid acquisition within the B2B SaaS sector (required).
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Telegram Ads (required).
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and the ability to leverage them effectively (required).
  • Solid grasp of long B2B sales cycles and how to engage decision-makers (required).
  • Self-starter capable of independently formulating and testing hypotheses (required).
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher (required).
  • Experience managing multiple products or brands simultaneously (nice-to-have).
  • Experience working with CRM systems (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI) (nice-to-have).
  • Clear communication with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, developers) (required).
  • Ability to multitask efficiently without sacrificing quality (required).
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and limited data (required).
