The Monitoring Team Specialist role involves managing and overseeing payment processing activities within the finance department. The specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of payment channels, maintaining accurate cash flow, and analysing data to support financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the work of payment providers and channels (conversion level).
- Identifying and resolving issues related to payment processing.
- Launching and testing new payment channels.
- Managing cash flow.
- Forecasting deposit and payment amounts.
Requirements
- Work experience in the financial department (required).
- Experience with payment services providers (PSP) (required).
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and analytical abilities (required).
- Problem-solving skills (required).
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines (required).
- Experience working with large data volumes (required).
