The Monitoring Team Specialist role involves working within the financial department to oversee payment processes and ensure operational efficiency. The specialist is responsible for managing payment providers, analysing data, and maintaining cash flow stability within a fast-growing business environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the work of payment providers and channels (conversion level).
- Identifying and resolving issues related to payment processing.
- Launching and testing new payment channels.
- Managing cash flow.
- Forecasting deposit and payment amounts.
Requirements
- Work experience in the financial department (required).
- Experience with payment services providers (PSP) (required).
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and analytical abilities (required).
- Problem-solving skills (required).
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines (required).
- Experience working with large data volumes (required).
