Description

The Paid Social Manager will launch, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. This role involves planning and allocating advertising budgets to achieve target KPIs, identifying and testing new audiences and segments for lead generation, and monitoring key performance metrics. The manager will conduct campaign performance analysis, provide optimisation recommendations, and ensure the accuracy of tracking and attribution through GA4 and advertising platforms. Responsibilities also include preparing performance reports, collaborating with marketing teams, analysing competitors and market trends, scaling successful campaigns, and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality.

Responsibilities
  • Launch, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Plan and allocate advertising budgets to achieve target KPIs.
  • Identify and test new audiences, segments, and search queries to drive qualified lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Conduct campaign performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation and growth.
  • Set up, monitor, and ensure the accuracy of tracking and attribution through GA4 and advertising platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present insights to the team and management.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, designers, and copywriters to launch and optimise advertising initiatives.
  • Analyse competitors, market trends, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Scale successful campaigns and identify new growth opportunities across channels and markets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve lead quality throughout the funnel.
Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of relevant work experience (required)
  • Hands-on experience launching and optimising advertising campaigns in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (required)
  • Ability to independently manage advertising budgets of $5,000+ per month (required)
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and attribution models (required)
  • Experience with B2B lead generation (required)
  • Proficiency in data analysis using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) (required)
  • Experience setting up and tracking conversions in analytics platforms (required)
  • Ability to work with UTM parameters and analyse traffic performance (required)
  • Experience conducting A/B tests for audiences, creatives, and landing pages (required)
  • Experience working with SaaS, IT, or iGaming projects (preferred)
  • Experience managing campaigns across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 geographies (preferred)
  • Ability to create clear briefs and requirements for design and copywriting teams (required)
  • Experience working with additional traffic sources such as Telegram Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar advertising platforms (nice-to-have)
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions (required)
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently (required)
  • Results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability (required)
  • Excellent prioritisation and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (required)
