Poker Manager
Description
The Poker Manager will be responsible for attracting and onboarding new partners, managing communication, and building long-term relationships with webmasters. This role involves supporting existing partners, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and analyzing partner traffic data to make informed decisions. The manager will also actively participate in conferences and meetings, and maintain transparent tracking and reporting for all new launches, including sources, volumes, results, and reasons for stopping or restarting campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Attract and onboard new partners (webmasters), manage communication, and build long-term relationships
- Support existing partners and identify ways to increase revenue with current webmasters
- Work with marketing analytics of partner traffic and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain transparent tracking and reporting for each test (complete a Launch -Log for all new launches: sources, volumes, results, and reasons for stopping or restarting)
- Actively participate in conferences and meetings
Requirements
- Over 2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming
- Understanding of key traffic analytics metrics
- Ability to assess traffic quality (Anti-fraud & Retention): analyzing not only deposit volume but also player behavior, including repeat deposits (RD), activity (DAU/MAU), and install-to-registration conversion rates
- Strong understanding of payment models: hands-on experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models specifically in poker; understanding what constitutes a “healthy” CPA across different geos
- Data-driven approach
- Knowledge and understanding of traffic sources in iGaming (especially poker)
- Experience working with creatives and funnels, Telegram, influencers, and streamers
- Proficiency with tracking tools
- Technical expertise (Postbacks & Tracking): ability to independently set up postbacks, work with S2S integrations and trackers (the candidate should not rely on support for every link)
- Understanding of poker traffic specifics
- Networking base: established “warm” network of webmasters or agencies working with poker (SEO websites, Twitch/YouTube streamers, owners of niche communities) a strong advantage
- Knowledge of the poker ecosystem: understanding the difference between traditional poker rooms and “club-based” apps (e.g., PPPoker, PokerBros), as traffic acquisition mechanics differ significantly
