Product Manager

Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the product strategy for the Sport section. This role involves developing and prioritising a roadmap of experiments to enhance Sport engagement metrics, betting conversion, and cross-sell rates from Casino to Sport. You will be responsible for optimising sport product funnels, leading a high-velocity A/B testing culture, and driving qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviour. Additionally, you will act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing, ensuring alignment with Sport business goals. A key focus will be identifying and leveraging touchpoints within the Casino experience to introduce and activate users in Sport, designing and testing mechanics that increase multi-vertical users.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy for the Sport section.
  • Develop and prioritise a roadmap of experiments that improve Sport engagement metrics, betting conversion, and cross-sell rate from Casino to Sport.
  • Deep-dive into Sport product funnels — from Sport lobby entry to first bet placement — to identify friction points and drop-off reasons.
  • Design seamless experiences that drive habitual betting behavior.
  • Lead a high-velocity A/B testing culture across web and mobile.
  • Formulate, execute, and scale hypotheses targeting Sport Turnover, bet slip CR, and Casino-to-Sport activation rate.
  • Drive qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Combine product analytics with user interviews and behavioral data to understand why users engage (or don't) with Sport — and what drives repeat betting.
  • Act as a central hub for Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing.
  • Translate Sport business goals into actionable product tasks and ensure alignment across all dependent teams.
  • Identify and leverage touchpoints within the Casino experience to introduce and activate users in Sport.
  • Design and test mechanics that grow the share of multi-vertical users.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in Product Management, with a focus on Growth.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills. You interpret trends and turn them into product decisions, not just monitor dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern analytics tools (Amplitude or Mixpanel is a must; GA4, Firebase Analytics, Tableau are preferred).
  • Solid experience with mobile/web experimentation frameworks.
  • Practical experience conducting user interviews and leveraging behavioral data to improve product-market fit.
  • B2+ English level. Ability to clearly articulate product strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of mobile and web ecosystem specifics.
  • Experience building and managing product hypothesis pipelines.
  • A "test-and-learn" mindset — failed experiments are valuable data points.
  • Experience in iGaming or Sports Betting products.
  • Knowledge of betting product specifics (live betting, odds, bet slip UX).
  • Knowledge of GTM and Event-Based Analytics.
  • Knowledge of cross-sell or cross-vertical growth.
  • Knowledge of Growth Hacking Strategy.
