Project Manager
The main goal of this role is to help build and scale operational and product processes within AffShop, coordinate workflows between affiliate, product, development, and production teams, and support the launch of new mechanics and automations.
- Monitor and support order processing workflows within AffShop
- Coordinate communication between affiliate managers, gift management, and the development team
- Document and maintain product and process flows
- Prepare and support automation-related tasks
- Oversee development task execution and test new flows
- Identify and document manual processes, bottlenecks, and operational issues
- Support the launch of new mechanics within the platform
- Work with operational and process documentation
- Track statuses, deadlines, and cross-team dependencies
- Experience in Project Management, Product Operations, or Technical Operations roles
- Experience working with internal systems, admin panels, and workflows
- Experience coordinating development teams is a strong plus
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, fintech, e-commerce, loyalty products, or digital products is preferred
- Confident use of Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data linking
- Understanding of product logic, statuses, and user flows
- Ability to create clear development tasks and requirements
- Basic understanding of integrations, automations, and data exchange between systems
- Experience using Jira/Asana as process and task management tools
- Ability to perform basic testing of new functionality
- Ability to quickly learn new admin panels and internal systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Ability to manage multiple interconnected tasks and collaborate across several teams simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement areas, and build effective system and workflow solutions.
