Project Manager (Tech)
The Project Manager (Tech) will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time by coordinating efforts from various teams and aligning them to achieve project goals. The Project Manager will promote advanced and effective task management, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and set up team briefings, internal reviews, and any meetings needed to complete given projects. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for new projects, and managing analysis, labor estimation, project planning, risk, and change management.
- Supporting and facilitating the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects;
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time;
- Coordinating efforts from various teams and aligning them to achieve projects' goals;
- Promoting advanced and effective task management;
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation;
- Setting up team briefings, internal reviews, and any meetings needed to complete any given project;
- Identifying opportunities for new projects that can be developed;
- Analysis, labor estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;
- 3-5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in Agile environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- High-level understanding of system architecture, technical design, API integrations
- Experience in effectively managing multiple projects in parallel, and dependencies between them
- Hands-on experience in planning projects that span across multiple business units within org
- Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining and tracking a roadmap for multiple scrum teams
- Understanding of Scrum method and experience in managing multiple scrum teams in parallel
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documenting (both functional and non-functional)
- Hands on experience in risks & issues management, including proactive risk identification, mitigation, or escalation
- Ability to translate architecture/engineering discussions into actionable items during technical meetings
- Ability to problem-solve, make quick and effective data-driven decisions, while taking responsibility
- Experience in collecting and analyzing scrum team metrics to improve flow and predictability
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart
- Excellent communication skills, ability to proactively resolve conflicts
- English language level is not lower than B2 (upper-intermediate)
