Project Manager (Tech)
The Project Manager (Tech) will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of product and technical initiatives, spanning from initial planning through to final release. This role involves working within a fast-growing product holding to manage complex projects across multiple business units and scrum teams. The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that technical and product goals are met through effective coordination and data-driven decision-making.
- Own end-to-end delivery of product and tech initiatives from planning to release.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for multiple projects and scrum teams, track dependencies.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and facilitate mitigations plans with stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Owners to support effective, outcome-focused project execution.
- Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies across teams, promote Agile best practices.
- Collect and analyze metrics across scrum teams, see patterns and proactively act upon them.
- Collect and analyze project's requirements.
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks and issues, act as a primary point of contact.
- Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure smooth and predictable delivery across teams.
- Regularly communicate delivery status to project stakeholders in a transparent manner.
- 5-7 years of working experience as a Project Manager in Agile environment (required)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) (required)
- Understanding of system architecture, high-level technical design, API integrations (required)
- Experience in effectively managing multiple projects in parallel, and dependencies between them (required)
- Hands-on experience in planning projects that span across multiple business units within org (required)
- Understanding of Scrum method and experience in managing multiple scrum teams in parallel (required)
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documenting (both functional and non-functional) (required)
- Hands on experience in risks & issues management, including proactive risk identification, mitigation, or escalation (required)
- Ability to translate architecture/engineering discussions into actionable items during technical meetings (required)
- Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining and tracking a roadmap for multiple scrum teams (required)
- Ability to problem-solve, make quick and effective data-driven decisions, while taking responsibility (required)
- Experience in collecting and analyzing scrum team metrics to improve flow and predictability (required)
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart or similar tools (required)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing), ability to proactively resolve conflicts (required)
- English language level is not lower than B2 (upper-intermediate) (required)
- You are attentive to detail, proactive and comfortable working in fast-paced environments (required)
- Hands-on experience in Business Analysis (required)
