QAE
The QAE role involves taking ownership of testing requirements for AI products within a fast-growing business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to ensure the quality of AI features, including voice interactions and conversation flows, while establishing quality gates and maintaining rigorous testing standards.
- Collaborate with the development team during planning and take ownership of testing requirements for AI products.
- Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, and integration testing of AI features, including voice interactions and conversation flows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test matrices.
- Generate detailed reports on testing results, including analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and accurately report software defects, including detailed reproduction steps and impact analysis.
- Analyze software quality and development speed, and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
- Establish quality gates and ensure proper testing coverage before each release.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manual testing of complex systems, preferably with experience in testing AI/ML products, voice systems, or real-time communication platforms (required)
- Expert understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and ability to adapt them to project specifics (required)
- Deep understanding of SDLC and its components, with proven experience in leading testing activities across all project phases (required)
- Expert ability to create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including testing strategies, test plans, and coverage matrices (required)
- Leadership qualities and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision (required)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels (required)
- Proficiency in using browser Developer Tools and advanced debugging techniques for complex application troubleshooting (required)
- Expert experience in testing REST APIs, webhooks, and complex system integrations, with a deep understanding of API testing best practices (required)
- Advanced working knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes (required)
- Proven track record of leading QA initiatives and mentoring team members in cross-functional environments (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience in root cause analysis and complex issue investigation (required)
- Experience with test automation tools and programming languages, with the ability to design automation strategies for future scaling (required)
- Experience working with AI/ML products, voice AI systems, or conversational platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing principles and intent recognition systems (preferred)
- Experience testing telephony systems or real-time communication platforms (preferred)
- Experience testing real-time communication systems, chat platforms, or voice-based applications (preferred)
- Previous experience working with an AI Chatbot or similar technologies (nice-to-have)
- Experience in automated testing or programming languages for future test automation initiatives (nice-to-have)
