Sales Development Representative Junior

Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is focused on identifying and engaging potential clients to generate qualified leads for the sales team. This position involves conducting market research, executing outbound campaigns, and nurturing prospect relationships to convert outreach into valuable business opportunities. The SDR will play a crucial role in building the sales pipeline and contributing to revenue growth within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ICP research and identify target prospects across priority industries and markets
  • Build and enrich lead lists using LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
  • Execute and manage multichannel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, messengers) with personalized messaging
  • Engage with prospects, manage responses and follow-ups, and convert outreach into qualified meetings
  • Conduct sales meetings, progress opportunities, and close SMB deals
  • Qualify opportunities and collaborate with the Head of Sales on larger deals (handover and support)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance (reply rate, meeting rate, conversion), continuously optimizing results
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales (SDR, Business Development, or similar role)
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound and convert outreach into qualified meetings
  • Experience with multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, email, messengers)
  • Experience conducting sales meetings and progressing opportunities
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and maintaining pipeline hygiene
  • Experience using outreach automation and AI tools
  • Experience in B2B industries (SaaS, iGaming, fintech, outsourcing) is a plus
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven mindset with ownership of pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection in outbound environments
  • Structured, process-oriented approach to sales
