Sales Manager

Description

PIN-UP is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. This role is fully remote and involves prospecting and acquiring new iGaming clients, conducting discovery calls, presenting the agency's services, and building custom marketing strategies. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for closing deals, launching partnerships, driving upsells, managing the CRM, and participating in industry conferences. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong trust-building skills, working in a fast-paced environment with high communication speed.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and acquiring new iGaming clients (brands and operators).
  • Conducting initial discovery calls and lead qualification.
  • Presenting the agency, services, and case studies.
  • Building custom marketing strategies tailored to client goals (channels, models, budgets).
  • Closing deals, launching partnerships, and driving upsells.
  • Coordinating with media buying, affiliate, and operations teams.
  • Managing CRM, tracking deal stages, and maintaining accurate forecasts.
  • Participating in industry conferences and working with inbound and offline leads.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, digital marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing.
  • Understanding of performance marketing: paid traffic, CPA / RevShare models, funnels, KPIs, LTV, ROI.
  • Ability to run consultative sales calls, present services, and clearly explain value propositions.
  • Confident spoken and written English.
  • Strong discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Experience working with different client types: small businesses and large iGaming operators.

  • Experience selling performance-based models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).

  • Strong trust-building and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high communication speed.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
