Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new corporate clients, conducting needs analysis, delivering service presentations, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships. This role involves using various productivity, communication, and sales tools, and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Sales Manager will also collect client feedback to improve services.
- Sourcing and acquiring new corporate clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads;
- Conducting needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer relevant travel solutions;
- Delivering service presentations and product demos, with a focus on value and benefits;
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and handover to the operations team;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
- Collecting client feedback and sharing it with the product/operations team to improve the service.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the travel industry, tourism, MICE, or consulting);
- Proven experience working with corporate clients, including the ability to identify business needs and present relevant solutions;
- Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale support;
- Strong negotiation skills with key decision-makers (HR, Office Managers, Executive Assistants, Procurement, CEOs, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong skills in product presentation, objection handling, and building trusted relationships;
