Responsibilities
- Launch new project
- Develop and implement website promotion strategies, including setting KPIs and ensuring their achievement
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the niche, competitors, and target audience
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization (technical SEO, link building, content optimization)
- Prepare technical specifications for developers, copywriters, link builders, and other team members
- Implement and optimize monitoring and reporting processes for key metrics (traffic, conversions, rankings)
- Continuously work on improving performance and identifying new growth opportunities
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
- At least 2 years of experience in gambling (casino, betting) is required
- Proven track record of promoting projects in highly competitive niches in Western markets
- Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct deep competitor analysis and draw actionable conclusions
- Solid understanding of Google search algorithms and ranking principles
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others
- Experience handling large datasets in Google Sheets
- Experience working with large, multi-page projects (e-commerce, marketplaces, content portals)
- Experience in a product company from 1 year
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for quick issue diagnostics and interaction with developers
- Understanding of iGaming product specifics
- English level B2+ (able to analyze English-language sources, documentation, and communicate with international partners)
- Experience leading small teams or coordinating contractors
- Proven cases of successfully recovering websites from Google penalties or filters
- Knowledge of content marketing and the ability to develop SEO-driven content strategies
