- Monitoring mentions of the company and brand across search engines, social media, blogs, and news platforms.
- Searching for negative reviews, comments, and articles online.
- Analyzing and evaluating search result rankings for branded keywords.
- Market analysis for project launches.
- Strategy development and planning.
- Adding products to platforms/marketplaces.
- Monitoring performance and reporting.
- Working on the removal of negative content from search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Creating accounts for various platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and understanding of search engine optimization principles (required).
- Understanding of SMM fundamentals and experience working with social media platforms (required).
- Practical experience or confident use of tools such as Ahrefs, Google Alerts, SE Ranking, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc. (required).
- English proficiency Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (C1-C2) (required).
- Experience working with forums and Q&A platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.) (required).
- Skills in content analysis and providing recommendations for improvement (required).
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions (required).
