SMM Manager
Description
PIN-UP is seeking an SMM Manager to join their team. This role is hybrid and involves managing social media and content for brands, with a focus on the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SMM analytics and be data-driven. The role requires English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level and the ability to work independently and manage multiple social media pages simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Managing the brand’s social media accounts (2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram);
- Participating in the development of the SMM strategy;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing task briefs;
- Creating and maintaining content plans;
- Developing creative engagement and retention mechanics for users;
- Planning of content, content analysis, and monthly reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands;
- Proven experience in iGaming industry;
- Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media pages simultaneously.
- Experience working with AI tools;
- Skills in Figma and Photoshop;
- Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset;
