SMM Manager
Description
PIN-UP is seeking an SMM Manager to join their team. This role involves managing the brand's social media presence, developing SMM strategies, creating content plans, and engaging users. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the iGaming industry and a strong understanding of SMM analytics.
Responsibilities
- Managing the brand’s social media accounts (2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram)
- Participating in the development of the SMM strategy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing task briefs
- Creating and maintaining content plans
- Developing creative engagement and retention mechanics for users
- Planning of content, content analysis, monthly reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands
- Proven experience in iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in strategy creation and brand development in social media from scratch
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media pages simultaneously
- Experience working with AI tools
- Skills working with Figma / Photoshop
- Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills: ability to provide and pitch the ideas
- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
