SMM Manager
Description
We are looking for an SMM Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the brand's social media presence and developing SMM strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media analytics and content creation, and experience in the esports industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Managing the brand’s social media accounts (2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram)
- Participating in the development of the SMM strategy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing task briefs
- Creating and maintaining content plans
- Developing creative engagement and retention mechanics for users
- Planning and reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands
- Proven experience in esports industries
- Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels simultaneously
- Experience working with AI tools
- Skills in Figma and Photoshop
- Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
