- Develop and own the SMM strategy, including KPIs, OKRs, and roadmap.
- Build and optimize social media customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Launch and scale new social platforms, formats, and audience growth initiatives.
- Generate, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses using structured frameworks.
- Establish analytics, attribution, UGC, and community management systems.
- Define and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, content standards, and editorial guidelines.
- Manage audience research, brand reputation, and crisis communication activities.
- Present performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- 3+ years of SMM experience, preferably in iGaming, betting, or other digital-first industries. (required)
- Proven experience developing and executing SMM strategies aligned with business goals. (required)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, community management, and audience growth. (required)
- Experience with analytics, attribution, customer journeys, and growth experimentation. (required)
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder communication. (required)
