SMM Manager
The SMM Manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts and content for the brand. This role involves working across multiple platforms, including Instagram and Telegram, to drive engagement and retention. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of social media strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute content plans.
- Managing the brand’s social media accounts (2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram).
- Participating in the development of the SMM strategy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing task briefs.
- Creating and maintaining content plans.
- Developing creative engagement and retention mechanics for users.
- Planning and reporting.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands (required).
- Proven experience in sports, esports, or betting industries (required).
- Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making (required).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels simultaneously (required).
- Experience working with AI tools (preferred).
- English proficiency at Intermediate level (required).
- Skills in Figma and Photoshop (preferred).
- Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (required).
- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (required).
