Team Lead Content
Description
This role is for a Team Lead Content within a fast-growing business group. The position offers the opportunity to lead, develop, and scale a content team, owning content production processes and ensuring quality across all channels and markets. The role involves translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and driving content initiatives to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale the Content team through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Own content production processes, planning, prioritization, and delivery quality.
- Translate brand and content strategy into actionable roadmaps and team objectives.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness of content across all channels and markets.
- Drive content initiatives supporting retention, VIP, reactivation, tournaments, and promotions.
- Analyze content performance, optimise resource allocation, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with CRM, SMM, Design, Product, and VIP teams to ensure aligned customer communications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of content marketing experience, including team leadership in iGaming, casino, betting, or related industries. (required)
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience segmentation, retention mechanics, and promotional communications. (required)
- Experience managing multi-channel and multi-GEO content operations. (required)
- Proven ability to build scalable content processes, workflows, and quality standards. (required)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. (required)
