- Lead, develop, and scale the Project Management team through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Own project management processes, governance, planning, and delivery standards across the retention marketing domain.
- Drive prioritization, resource allocation, and roadmap execution in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of CRM, content, VIP, promotional, and retention-related initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks, improve operational efficiency, and increase delivery predictability.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Product, BI, Design, Development, and Operations teams.
- Provide visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact through regular reporting.
- 3+ years of project management experience, including team leadership. (required)
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing, CRM, content, product, or operational initiatives. (required)
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and process optimization. (required)
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities. (required)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a data-driven mindset. (required)
