Team Lead Retention
This role is for a Team Lead Retention, responsible for leading and scaling the CRM team. The position involves translating CRM strategy into actionable plans, managing the CRM backlog, and driving business performance through CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retention marketing and a data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities and optimise CRM economics.
- Lead, develop, and scale the CRM team through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Translate CRM strategy into actionable plans, priorities, and team objectives.
- Own CRM backlog, campaign execution processes, and delivery quality standards.
- Drive CRM business performance across revenue, retention, churn, and LTV metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities, optimise CRM economics, and present results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, BI, and tech teams to improve CRM capabilities and efficiency.
- 3+ years of CRM experience in online casino/iGaming, including team leadership (required)
- Strong understanding of retention, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and CRM analytics (required)
- Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, processes, and cross-functional initiatives (required)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise based on business impact (required)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills (required)
