Treasurer Junior
The Treasurer role involves managing financial operations and payment processes within a fast-growing business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily financial tasks, including payment execution, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliation across various systems and platforms.
- Processing payments and executing requests via different payment methods.
- Daily work with payment aggregators / PSP admin panels.
- Preparing and updating cash flow (CF) forecasts.
- Monitoring compliance with CF plans and limits.
- Entering CF statements and transactions in 1C.
- Reconciliation of balances across PSPs and internal systems.
- Monitoring internal transfers and ensuring accuracy of cash movements.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (required).
- 2+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or payment operations (required).
- Practical experience working with payment service providers (PSPs), payment systems, and alternative payment methods (required).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data (required).
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments such as Gambling / Betting / FinTech is advantageous (nice-to-have).
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (required).
- Experience with 1C (required).
- Experience in analytical or operational roles related to payment monitoring or reconciliation (preferred).
- Understanding of PSP admin panels (preferred).
- Knowledge of operational processes related to cash flow planning and forecasting (preferred).
- High attention to detail and accuracy (required).
- Reliability, integrity, and ownership over tasks (required).
- Ability to prioritize and work with time-sensitive requests (required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills (required).
