Responsibilities
  • Processing and execution of international payments via client-bank systems, ensuring timeliness and accuracy;
  • Daily communication with banks regarding transactions, payment statuses, and resolution of operational issues;
  • Performing daily reconciliations of balances across bank accounts and internal systems;
  • Maintaining cash flow records in the 1C financial system and posting bank statements;
  • Preparing and updating cash flow forecasts, monitoring liquidity and payment calendar;
  • Monitoring internal transfers between company accounts;
  • Identifying and analyzing discrepancies in banking operations, initiating and controlling their resolution.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting;
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or payment operations;
  • Practical experience working with payment service providers (PSPs), payment systems, and alternative payment methods;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data;
  • Experience in high-volume transaction environments such as Gambling / Betting / FinTech is advantageous;
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with 1C.
  • Experience in analytical or operational roles related to payment monitoring, transaction control, or reconciliations;
  • Understanding of payment infrastructure and PSP admin panel workflows;
  • Knowledge of operational processes related to cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity control;
  • Experience coordinating processes across teams and supporting junior colleagues.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Reliability, integrity and ownership over tasks;
  • Ability to prioritize and work with time-sensitive requests;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
