Web Analyst
Description
We are looking for a Web Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing product funnels, user behavior, and data quality to identify growth opportunities and friction points. You will be responsible for monitoring data, investigating discrepancies, and preparing reports and dashboards for product teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of web analytics, SQL, and data validation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Control of tracking completeness and event data quality across the website
- Analysis of key product funnels and user behavior
- Identification of UX friction points and growth opportunities
- Monitoring of data quality and investigation of discrepancies across sources
- Analysis of suspicious user behavior and abnormal activity patterns
- Preparation of dashboards, reports, and analytical findings for product teams
- Documentation of metrics, event logic, and data definitions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product, web, or data analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with web analytics and event-based tracking
- Understanding of product funnels, conversion metrics, and user behavior analysis
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and data quality control
- Ability to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data structures
