Business Analyst
Playtech's Casino Unit is looking for a proactive Business Analyst with excellent communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills to join a dedicated team for exciting new projects. You will translate high-level business and game concepts into clear, structured technical specifications, analyze game scripts and requirements, identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing details, and consolidate them into actionable clarifications. You will also facilitate requirement-related discussions with the Game Studio and internal development teams, create and maintain documentation for new and existing features, processes, and workflows, and support the full software development cycle by collaborating closely with the Project Manager and developers. Additionally, you will manage and refine the backlog together with the Project Manager, ensuring clarity and priority alignment, and perform solution validation, ensuring requirements have been implemented correctly and align with business needs.
- Translate high level business and game concepts into clear, structured technical specifications.
- Analyse game scripts and requirements, identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing details, and consolidate them into actionable clarifications.
- Facilitate requirement related discussions with the Game Studio and internal development teams.
- Create and maintain documentation for new and existing features, processes, and workflows.
- Support the full software development cycle by collaborating closely with the Project Manager and developers.
- Manage and refine the backlog together with the Project Manager, ensuring clarity and priority alignment.
- Perform solution validation, ensuring requirements have been implemented correctly and align with business needs.
- Bring 2–3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a product / technological development company with international exposure.
- Possess strong communication skills, with an Upper-Intermediate level in English (both written and spoken).
- Are skilled in requirement gathering, structured documentation, and analytical thinking.
- Are familiar with Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Background in slot / casino game production or related iGaming industries.
- Experience creating documentation for new teams or new product lines.
