- Identify and evaluate third‑party IP suitable for licensing and integration into Playtech’s products and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to effectively acquire and license external IP assets.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with IP owners, technology providers, studios, and industry partners.
- Negotiate licensing agreements, commercial terms, and contract structures to secure favourable rights for Playtech.
- Conduct due diligence on potential IP assets, assessing value, scope, risks, and licensing feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, management, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
- Manage ongoing licensing relationships, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Stay informed on industry trends, evolving IP laws, competitive landscapes, and best practices to maximise future opportunities.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Bring proven experience in licensing third‑party IP, technology transfer, or business development , ideally within the gaming or technology sector.
- Have a strong understanding of IP rights, licensing frameworks, and negotiation principles .
- Communicate with confidence and clarity, building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess excellent negotiation, relationship‑management, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
- Think strategically and commercially, quickly identifying promising external IP opportunities.
- Are self‑driven, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
