Compliance Officer

Description

Playtech Services is looking for a proactive Compliance Officer with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. This role involves managing compliance issues, supporting investigations, and ensuring incident reports are completed. You will also monitor incident management KPIs, keep internal trackers up to date, submit reports to regulators, and assist with operator and regulator requests until resolution. The position supports product compliance through the creation, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of policies and procedures. You will maintain and expand a detailed knowledge base for Regulatory Compliance Managers and Analysts, and identify and implement process improvements to strengthen compliance efficiency. Additionally, you will assist with the analysis of new products, tools, and services to ensure they meet regulatory requirements across multiple markets, manage regulatory games registers, and support relevant audits. The role also includes managing other compliance tasks, such as marketing and due diligence approvals, and providing ad-hoc support for Product and Regulatory Compliance teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance issues by supporting investigations, consulting with Product Teams, and ensuring incident reports are completed

  • Support product compliance through the creation, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of policies and procedures
  • Maintain and expand a detailed knowledge base for Regulatory Compliance Managers and Analysts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen compliance efficiency.
  • Assist with the analysis of new products, tools, and services to ensure they meet regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
  • Manage regulatory games registers, ensuring all new games are registered promptly for release.
  • Support relevant audits where necessary.
  • Manage other compliance tasks, including marketing and due diligence approvals, and ad‑hoc support for Product and Regulatory Compliance teams
Requirements
  • Possess strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes, with the ability to interpret complex requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in reports, registers, and documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across diverse teams and regions.
  • Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Show initiative by anticipating compliance risks and proposing practical solutions.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, balancing structured responsibilities with ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Industry experience in gambling or other regulated industries.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulation.
