Description

Playtech‘s Marketplace unit is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with solid engineering fundamentals and a detail-oriented mindset. You will manage configuration and deployments for applications. Create CI/CD pipelines. Improve existed monitoring and alerting system. Debug and troubleshoot configuration related issues. Configure monitoring dashboards and alerts for services. Be part of a shared on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (required).
  • Strong skill set in Linux and Networking (required).
  • Experience with Docker containers and orchestration solutions like Kubernetes (required).
  • Solid experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, EC2, CloudFront, S3) (required).
  • Experience in configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (required).
  • Knowledge and experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins pipelines, and Jenkins operator in Kubernetes (required).
  • Experience with ArgoCD (required).
  • Experience with Helm (required).
  • Programming skills in Python/Bash, Groovy for Jenkins pipeline (required).
  • Intermediate level of English (required).
  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases (nice-to-have).
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Istio, and Calico (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis, Memcached, Valkey) (nice-to-have).
