Description

Playtech is looking for a proactive and experienced Games Designer / Game Developer with great communication skills to join their Logic Labs Studio. Logic Labs is a new, innovative studio looking to make waves in the iGaming industry. If you are passionate about iGaming and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is for you. The role involves working as part of a team to collaborate on and execute game ideas, develop maths models and simulate logic, outline and document game logic flows, and collaborate with development teams to communicate and prove mathematical models. You will also stay updated on emerging mathematical methods and technologies in the iGaming industry, and analyse and refine game mechanics for better player experience and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team collaborating on and executing game ideas.
  • Develop maths models and simulate logic.
  • Outline and document game logic flows.
  • Collaborate with development teams to communicate and prove mathematical models.
  • Stay updated on emerging mathematical methods and technologies in the iGaming industry.
  • Analyse and refine game mechanics for better player experience and profitability.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Game Designer, Game Developer or similar (required).
  • Previous experience developing game concepts, simulating game software, and math proof modelling (required).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (required).
  • Strong programming skills in C#, Java, C++ or equivalent backend languages (required).
  • Proficient with Excel (required).
  • Some experience in Unity game engine (required).
  • Team player but also able to self-motivate and work independently (required).
  • Previous experience and interest in the iGaming industry (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in a Game Design or Game Mathematician role (nice-to-have).
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage difficult situations (nice-to-have).
