IMS Rollout Manager

The IMS Rollout Manager will be scheduling, coordinating, and executing software deployments and related activities across all markets to join our Tartu office. If you are friendly, have a strong sense of ownership, are attentive to detail and able to prioritise even in high-pressure situations, this position might be for you!

• Plan, coordinate and execute software deployment activities.
• Initiate and perform CMP activities in regulated markets.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure successful deployments and regulated activities.
• Keep traceable information about supported product versions and certifications in production environments.
• Track and coordinate possible deployment-related incidents and guarantee root cause analysis.
• Take part in improvement initiatives of the deployment/rollout processes.

• Are excellent in time management and have an eye for detail (required).
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
• Are service and team oriented (required).
• Have an ability to understand, interpret and act accordingly to different regulatory requirements (required).
• Bring prior experience with release and incident management (required).
• Are enthusiastic about delivery excellence and process optimisation, with a proactive mindset toward improving team workflows (required).
• Awareness and knowledge of ITIL framework (nice-to-have).
